Returns & Exchanges
I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products returned. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue shop credit or a refund, minus a $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed.
How do I set up a return or exchange?
If you wish to arrange a return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@upupbabyshop.com within 14 days after the original delivery date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment. In your E-Mail, please indicate the following:
1: Name of person who placed the order
2: Location / Country
3: Order number
4: Item(s) you are returning/exchange
Even if you don’t receive a reply right away, as long as we have received your email within the 14 days, your request will be honored.

We will confirm when we have received your items and processed your refund. Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping charges. Proper handling and packaging is the responsibility of the recipient.
If any merchandise arrives damaged due to our shipment, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, or reimburse you for the item. Drop us a note at hello@upupbabyshop.com and we’ll make it right.
